Cooking competition at the St Jude’s facility

Good Nutrition begins at home! Many of the parents and families we deal with face a similar problem. To get the kids to eat nutritious food that gives them the required strength and resistance needed during their treatment. So to get the kids and the mums excited, our Nutrition team hosted our every first cooking competition! The event was held for the families staying at the St. Jude’s Facility in Parel, Mumbai. The mums came up with yummy and delightful recipes to using ingredients like sprouts and nuts. With mums from various part of the country participating we collected a mixed bag of recipes to be shared! Watch out for our recipe book!

A huge round of thanks to Mrs Smita Kharbanda of EcoKids Corner for organizing a Junior master chef competition to get the kids engaged!

Also a big thank you to Mrs Anjali Nair, Chief dietician (Tata Memorial Hospital), the judge for the day who spent a lot of time explaining and advising mothers to make delicious meals rich in nutrition, high in protein and calorie value.
